Neusat's warranty covers all of its products to be free from defects in the workmanship or materials for a perion of twelve(12) months, from the date of purchase by the consumer.If, at any time during the warranty period, the product has defect in workmanship or materials, Neusat shall repair or replace it within a reasonable period of time.

Neusat's liability under this warranty is limited to servicing or adjusting equipment returned to Neusat, authorized service centers with prepaid freight.

This warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused as a result of software transfers, misuse, abusive operation, tampering, negligence, improper use, insufficient care or any act beyond the control of Neusat.The opinion of Neusat with respect to this matter shall be final.
